Zines by Teens at Montreal's Expozine
In November of 2016, Secondary 4 and 5 Visual Arts students at Lake of Two Mountains High School took part in Montreal's annual Expozine. Each student designed one 6-page zine that explored one of the following:
1) the purpose of art
2) the life and work of a favourite artist
Several copies were made of each zine, which were for sale at the expo. We sold over 60 zines and raised over $90, which was used to celebrate students' hard work and creativity with a pizza party for participating classes.
